Easy sheet-pan chicken recipes for flavorful fall dinners

A new season is a great reason to get excited to revamp your dinner routine and there’s no easier way to do that than with sheet-pan meals. Chicken is a versatile protein that goes well in so many dishes (and it’s one that in most cases, the whole family will eat without dispute!).

When putting together sheet-pan meals, focus on seasonal veggies. For fall, that means broccoli, Brussel sprouts, potatoes and carrots, to name a few. You can even toss in some butternut squash or pumpkin for seasonal flair.

The secret to a great sheet-pan meal is to throw in the quicker-cooking vegetables a little later so that they don’t burn. For even easier cleanup, consider lining your tray with foil. Another advantage of a giant tray of food is that you’ll likely be blessed with leftovers that make the perfect lunch for the next day!
